Pastor Alan McNally
Alan is the minister of the church and takes responsibility with the elders for the running and major decisions of the fellowship. Alan is married with three children and three grandchildren. After serving in the Merchant Navy as a Radio Officer he graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics. He worked in Industrial training and business counselling, and took on full time ministry with the church in March 2004. With his wife Myra, they have been ministering in the church for over thirty years in various capacities, particularly in youth and children’s work

Eric Jackson
Eric is the senior elder and has two children, one grandchild and three great grand children. He operates in the gifts of the Spirit, particularly in prophecy and interpretation. He also has an excellent pastoral and spiritual counselling ministry. He has been with the fellowship for about forty years. Eric was Sunday school superintendent for many years.

Gordon Oldham
Gordon has spent thirty four years with the CLC Christian Bookshop organisation, a faith mission. He and his wife Moff, worked as managers in the Swansea CLC branch for over thirty years. Gordon also edited the CLC mission magazine "Floodtide". On his retirement he wrote, edited and published a Christian magazine, "Aware", which reported on the Christian church, particularly in the Swansea area. He now works as a free lance writer writing articles with a Christian theme for various magazines. He and Moff have two married children and one grand child.

Helen Moores
Helen is working with the church as Youth Leader, a position she has held for the last five years. Helen is a qualified primary school teacher but feels called to work with the church almost full time instead of going into the teaching profession. She has had experience abroad, visiting Cambodia, Ecuador and Brazil with the Christian organisation "Soap Box". She, with her husband Simon, who is currently studying for a degree in Youth and Community work, minister to other youth and childrens groups in the Swansea area. Helen also works with the Mums and Tots group, "Little Springs" and she and Simon run the Kids' Club for 5-11year olds at the church.
